Do you offer full backyard makeovers?
Yes, we do. XLNT Pools is a comprehensive outdoor living contractor. Our services include designing and constructing outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, pavilions, pergolas, patios, and retaining walls. We provide all the necessary elements for a complete backyard transformation. How long does it take to build a pool?
The duration of pool construction varies based on the project's complexity. Generally, a fiberglass pool can be installed in approximately three to four weeks. For custom concrete pools, the process typically takes 8-12 weeks from the initial excavation to the final finishing touches. What's the difference between the type of pools you build?
We offer two main types of pools. Fiberglass pools are pre-manufactured, quick to install, and sometimes require less maintenance. Concrete pools, on the other hand, offer complete customization in terms of shape, size, and features, but sometimes require a longer construction period.Do you provide 3D designs or renderings?
Yes, we do. Our team utilizes advanced 3D design software to create detailed visualizations of your pool and outdoor space before construction begins. This ensures that every aspect of the project aligns with your vision. What areas do you serve?

We provide an all-inclusive price that reflects the true cost of a complete, turn-key project, including essential elements often omitted by other builders. For an accurate estimate, we recommend scheduling a design consultation.Do you warranty your installation work?

We can guide you through the application process and connect you with lenders offering flexible terms and competitive rates, whether you're looking to finance just the pool or your entire outdoor living project. What is the difference between a heat pump and a gas pool heater, and which one is better?
There is no one-size-fits-all answer, as the best heater depends on how you plan to use your pool. Most modern heat pumps can both heat and cool the water and are generally more energy-efficient, while gas heaters perform better in colder temperatures and heat water much faster. If you have a spa, a gas heater is required, whereas pools with automatic covers often pair well with heat pumps because they can cool water that overheats under the cover. Are saltwater pools easier to maintain, and do they prevent dry skin?
Yes and no. Saltwater pools often feel gentler on the skin and eyes and automate chlorine production, but they still require proper water balance and regular maintenance. A common misconception is that saltwater pools are chlorine-free; in reality, they are still chlorine pools, with chlorine generated on-site through a salt chlorine generator rather than added manually.
